Cloud & workload security,
with Uptycs
Uptycs secures everything from development to runtime on one platform — cloud posture, workload protection, containers and Kubernetes, vulnerability management and detection and response, correlated against deep telemetry rather than isolated alerts. Kaitara deploys it and folds what it reports into the CERT-In and DPDP posture we build with you.
What it does
Discover and observe
See, with context, everything you build and deploy in the cloud from development through to runtime — assets, workloads, containers and the pipeline that produced them, rather than a list of disconnected findings.
Prevent and harden
Stop threats before they cause damage and keep hardening posture continuously, so configuration drift is caught as it happens instead of at the next audit.
Detect and respond
Focus on the threats and risks that actually matter, with detections that correlate live runtime activity against historical data — the context that separates a real incident from noise.
Cloud security posture management
Continuous posture assessment across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and IBM Cloud, so misconfiguration is surfaced against the account it lives in and the team that owns it.
Container and Kubernetes security
Coverage of the container lifecycle and the Kubernetes runtime, alongside the same telemetry from VMs and endpoints — one platform rather than a separate tool per workload type.
Vulnerability and asset management
Vulnerability findings tied to a live asset inventory, so remediation is prioritised by what is actually exposed and running rather than by raw CVSS.
One platform, dev through runtime
Most stacks split cloud posture, workload protection and endpoint detection across separate tools that never share context. Uptycs runs them on shared telemetry, so a finding in the pipeline and a detection at runtime are the same story rather than two tickets in two consoles.
One console for the whole fleet
Every endpoint reports into a single management console — fleetwide policy, a live risk-event log, and the integrations to plug into how you already work.

How it fits your obligations
Continuous monitoring, asset inventory and vulnerability management are the evidence CERT-In and DPDP work actually rests on — an inventory you can produce on demand, logs retained for the period the Directions require, and a record of what was detected and when. Kaitara deploys Uptycs where an engagement needs that depth across cloud and workloads, and maps what it produces to the obligations you carry. Read the CERT-In Directions 2022 and DPDP Act guides for the detail.
Questions
Do you deploy it, or run it for us?
We deploy it as part of an engagement and hand it over working. Ongoing operation stays with your team; where you want help with that, it is scoped separately rather than assumed.
How is this different from an EDR product?
EDR looks at endpoints. Uptycs covers cloud accounts, workloads, containers and Kubernetes as well, on shared telemetry, so a container finding and an endpoint detection can be correlated instead of living in separate tools.
Is it a fit for a small team?
It is built for organisations running real cloud estates. If your footprint is a handful of laptops and one small cloud account, we will tell you so and scope something proportionate instead.
Where does the data sit?
Deployment and data-residency options are settled during scoping, against the residency obligations that apply to you. We confirm it in writing before anything is deployed.
Cloud and workload security, deployed properly
Tell us what you run — cloud accounts, workloads, containers, endpoints — and we will tell you honestly whether Uptycs is the right fit, and what deploying it would involve.
